Ciao cafe and cakes - Queanbeyan

While on our trip from Victoria up North to visit family, we made a stop for a cup of coffee and a meal. I must say, we were thoroughly impressed. The coffee, the food, and the service were all excellent. The staff were friendly and even took the time to chat with us about our journey. Overall, it was a top-notch experience.

The coffee is excellent and the cakes are incredible. I have dined here several times and will definitely be back. I have noticed that there have been new owners recently, and I believe the food and service have gotten even better. They serve only the highest quality almond milk, and those who avoid dairy know exactly which brands they use!

Amazing!!! This place is top-notch for homemade dishes and amazing coffee. The staff is super friendly and attentive, and the freshly baked goods are absolutely delicious! This restaurant definitely deserves five stars, I would give it six if I could. Make sure to check it out for yourself and see what all the fuss is about. You won't be disappointed!

Stopped in for a coffee today, and my goodness it is difficult to resist all of their tasty looking cakes! So naturally, I didn’t resist : Todays “Coffee and Cake of the day” was a humongous slice of lemon meringue pie! It was amazing! Lemony without being sour, and a very generous amount of meringue on top (Sorry, it didn’t last long enough for me to get a photo of it!!! I highly recommend Ciao Cafe, particularly as the standard of service seems to have shot up since the recent new management took the reins (based on the previously poor reviews from a month or so ago . I was certainly attended to straight away and my coffee and cake was ready within a couple of minutes. I should also point out, the coffee was fantastic too!

Came to Ciao cafe cakes Queanbeyan for breakfast whilst in town. Lovely little cafe with a massive selection of cakes and a small range of hot pies and sausage rolls. Staff were awesome and clearly this is the local for people because they knew everyone!! Coffee was really good and pie was great! Fast, reasonably priced and in a great location. Would highly recommend!
