Took so much time for the order. The sundae was melting. Gave us also the wrong order. Not going back to this branch. Chicken burger,chips and nuggets were cooked perfectly though. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: A$1–20 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

It’s been months since I tried getting food delivered from Hungry Jacks QBN. Every time my order is either missing something or arrives stone cold. Continuing this dubious tradition, tonight I received someone else’s order not even remotely resembling my own. Initially I was chalking this up to the delivery services but being that I only ever have this problem with Hungry Jacks QBN I must conclude it’s a them problem. I won’t be trying my luck again HJ QBN and I sincerely hope others come to the same conclusion because this is ridiculous. One bad order I can understand. Everyone has bad days but this is a pattern and when the food isn’t even that good anyway (being a cheap fast food place) I’ll take my $30 elsewhere.
