The staff at the restaurant inquired about my gluten intolerance and took precautions to prevent cross contamination. They even used separate utensils and retrieved fresh containers of salads from the fridge to ensure no contaminated utensils were used. I have had a similar experience at several Zambrero locations, making it a convenient option for a quick and easy meal on the go!
