We all tried one of the different tartare dishes on the menu and found them to be creative and expertly crafted. The cocktail selection was unique, the wine options were great, and the service was excellent. We would definitely recommend it.
Went based on recommendation for their speciality, Tartares. We had a beef and a bison. Both were good, not WOW, just good. Came with fries (standard, nothing special) and salad (very good). Service was a bit slow, took long to get drink refills. Nice touch having bottle of cold water on table (appears to be a quebec thing) without having to ask for water. Pricing was okay.
The food is excellent and the staff is friendly. They have a spacious outdoor seating area and were very accommodating when we brought our Westie with us, which is not always allowed in Quebec. We dined at this restaurant twice during our four-night stay in Quebec City. It is a popular spot for tourists, but we also noticed many locals dining there, which is always a good sign.
This restaurant is fantastic! The music on Saturday night was amazing and the cocktails were great (make sure to order double shots of alcohol). The food was delicious and our server Jessie gave excellent recommendations and provided wonderful service.
We came to change the pace of restaurants in the old neighborhood and found it, a living neighborhood spot from mostly locals to have a good time. Most of us had one of the different wine acids on the menu and they were all inventive and well prepared. An inventive cocktail list, a beautiful bottle of wine, and the service were all the best price. Recommended.
