All the sandwiches had an excess of mayonnaise dripping out. The bagels were drenched in oil. The icing on the donuts was cracking as if they had been stale for days. This was the worst Tim Hortons experience I've ever had.
I ordered two club trios from Tim Hortons and opted for self-ordering. When I arrived, I tried to scan my Tim card but it didn't work. The employee attempted three times to get it to work, but ultimately said the last attempt was successful - however, it wasn't. Our club sandwiches were lacking mayo and were very dry. We also ordered potato wedges, but received ones that were very dry and seemed old. My medium iced cappuccino was more like liquid as the ice cream machine wasn't working. The employee didn't mention this until after I received my order. By the time I got home, the drink was only half full and filled with bubbles. Overall, I was very disappointed with the service and this will be my first and last time visiting this Tim Hortons location. I spent $27 for a subpar experience. Thank you.
Worst service. I don't usually do bad reviews, but this is too much. The drive-thru was painful and very slow, NO item on our order was correct. Iced cappuccino without ice, sandwich without ANY sauce and generous on toppings and so on.To avoid.
