Contribuisci feedbackI was very disappointed with my recent dining experience at this restaurant. I took my two uncles out to eat, but only one of them ordered a 5oz steak. The fries were cold and the steak lacked seasoning and had unmelted cheese. I do not recommend going to this restaurant after 9 p.m. when there is less traffic.
The manager is really incompetent, preferring to hire children and people with no experience to pay them as cheaply as possible, shame on
Compared to McDonald's, which I find to be average and too pricey for the portion size, I was even more disappointed by this restaurant. The burger lacked many ingredients and the fries were soggy and of poor quality. Additionally, the iced tea was undrinkable, making it the worst iced tea I have ever tasted. This is just my personal opinion.
A big zero. I used to go to this restaurant every week, but since they sold it, it's really a big 0. I ordered an egg sandwich with bacon and only got half a slice of bacon about 2 cm long. That's it, I'm not going back to this restaurant. In fact, I've witnessed several customer complaints.
Wow! Rarely have I seen such outdated service. Unfortunately the change of owner is very felt! 10 minutes to take an order at the drive-thru and 2 people to take the order... Tsé there 10 minutes to take an order with 2 treats for children. In addition... I arrive at the window... I am reconfirmed the order... more errors... we wait another 10 minutes at the window to have an error in the order. I emphasize at the same time that from start to finish, we were the only vehicle.Same kind of experience at the dining room.
