The appetizers at this restaurant are all fake food made of plastic. The Tanjin dishes are actually just cooked in the microwave. When I inquired about whether the dishes were cooked in Tangenin, the waiter informed me that they were not and that it would take four hours to cook them in Tangenin. The dessert was also disappointing, as it appeared to be 2-3 days old and made from supermarket products. Save yourself the time and money and avoid this place.
I only tried the chicken breast tagine and regretted having not had a big enough appetite to try everything else. The flavour were so many and so surprising in each mouthful. The chicken was soft and beautifully cooked! I cane across fig, plum, sultanas, peppers...and pickles onions. The best tagine I have ever had.
This small and charming restaurant serves up meals fit for a king. We were a group of about 28 people making it rather difficult for staff to serve us but all went well. The food was delicious, authentic (verified by people in our group from the countries of origin) and plentiful. We had cocktails on the terrace before the meal which was most enjoyable on a warm summer evening. The deserts were extremely good and as well very athentic. The only sore spot was that those who ordered wine found most of the various types of wine on offer were below par with one or two exceptions.Access: steps to get into the restaurant.Washrooms: easy access and relatively cleanService: efficient and friendlyParking: off street parking is available but this is a very popular street. Might consider using a side street. Watch for parking signs.
Excellent service and food. We sat on the patio during a warm evening and it was beautiful for dinner and cocktails.
