I had a delicious poutine at this restaurant in Quebec, perfect for those looking for a classic and traditional treat. My only critique is that I wish the cheese was a bit more melted. However, the flavor was still tasty and the service was excellent. I also ordered a cheeseburger, which was cooked fresh to order and very satisfying.

The poutine at this restaurant is excellent, with crispy, fresh-cut fries and delicious homemade brown sauce. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because the menu may be a bit overwhelming for those who are not familiar with the choices.

This restaurant serves the best traditional poutine in North America. They use hand-cut local potatoes for their fries, local cheese curds, and homemade brown gravy. It's so delicious, just make sure your stomach can handle it!

Great poutine and great prices. Staff was super helpful as I struggled a bit in French. A quick picture menu and some shared stories about where we’re from (Fly Eagles Fly) — it was a great late night visit. Def try poutine Galvaude
