Hosaka-ya - Québec

I can say just this restaurant is Awesome. Everything we ate was sophisticated and fresh and delicious. Their service was also awesome.

Great staff and fresh fish. Probably more authentic sushi places that I've been to. No frills and no pretentiousness. Just good sushi as you'll get in Quebec.

The ramen is quite good, considering that the restaurant is in Québec City! The restaurant is clean and cute and the servers are efficient and friendly. The value is also good.

We went there twice. There is always a line as it has few seats. But the food is worth waiting for, and staff is friendly and helpful. Try the Aburi (seared tuna,) and croquette. Even the vegetarian ramen, Yasai Miso, has a great broth.

So good! And always so full! Delicious ramen and dumplings, great service all around. Amazing place to eat!
