Great little gem of a restaurant showcasing authentic El Salvadorian cuisine. We enjoyed creating our own plate and selecting the items that were most appealing to us. They have a great menu with a huge variety of drinks and dishes to select from. This is a fairly busy restaurant and therefore service was a little slow, but it is well worth the wait. If you enjoy dining out based on the decor or the look of a restaurant then this place may not live up to your standards. The food is excellent and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I recommend that you at least give them a chance to impress you.
I'm sorry but it's a Salvadoran restaurant not mexican, I asked for chicken tostada and what a surprise no chicken, many lettuce, also I asked for burrito with beef, chorizo, another surprise, only beans and it isn't a burrito, it's a taco bean. Service is slow, but they are friendly... But the food it's not good.
I visited this restaurant to try their pupusas, which were quite tasty. I also sampled the chili con carne and nachos, both of which I would highly recommend. They offer a variety of Mexican beers, wines, and non-alcoholic traditional Salvadoran beverages. The server was friendly and attentive, regularly checking in to see if we needed anything. I would definitely come back to this establishment.
I recently visited a great small to medium-sized American restaurant in the Limoilou region. The menu was excellent and the service was friendly and efficient. I definitely plan on returning, although I may have to teach them about alcoholic beverages that can be made with tamarind juice, as they currently only have a non-alcoholic version available. Nevertheless, this place is definitely worth a visit.
