La Souche Microbrasserie (limoilou)

An amazing brewery and restaurant away from the chaos/tourist trap of Quebec City. The beers are unique and tasty, the vibe is friendly and chill and the food is delish. Would recommend not only this restaurant but the whole of Limoilou for those visiting.

This place has a very nice vibe. I tried two of their beers and I liked them both. To put a cherry on the top, I added a poutine with fried-cheese-curd balls and it was amazing! I recommend this place.

My favourite microbrewery in Québec. They have a large selection something for all tastes!

Nice local pub, various beer selection and quality food. Worth visiting only if around, questionable to visit from other parts of city because there are many equally nice beer places in quebec.

Had my first beer in Canada and Quebec City here yesterday. I’m not a big beer fan but I enjoyed what I tasted here. The waiter was very helpful too. Will try the Porter next visit and hopefully we can sit outside and enjoy some sunshine this time.
