Contribuisci feedbackWe have eaten at McDonald's several times. Be aware that the inside food service closes at 9PM, but the drive-thru remains open.
This restaurant is always bustling and offers the classic McDonald's menu. The lunch service was quick and my order was accurate. I happened to be bilingual so communication was not an issue for me, however, I observed one employee struggling to speak English with a customer. They promptly sought assistance from a colleague, so it was resolved. Despite the crowds, the washrooms were surprisingly clean.
Came to order the breakfast sandwiches and was surprised to see that the Canadian McDonalds in Quebec province now back bagels in their shops....plain, Sesam, everything, Zimt Rosin. You can have them with butter or cream cheese or egg sandwiches with...Them. Excellent.
The service at this restaurant is quick, as customers can order at a comfortable kiosk. It is conveniently located in a central area, making it easy to access by car or on foot. My family and I, including teenagers, stopped by for a quick meal and were pleased with the experience.
I went with my wife on a quiet Sunday morning to get a simple McMuffin breakfast. The experience was anything but simple or fast or easy. The cashier was confused about customer coupons and obviously didn't really know what she was doing. The poor girl...was most likely abandoned there to fill a position the management didn't have time or didn't bother training properly for. She should have some close coaching until she is at ease with the job. Anyhow, clients ordering had a hard time getting their order through. One couple in front of us took around 5 minute to just order a simple breakfast. This restaurant tarnishes the image of McDonald`s. I understand that their is a lack of staff. All of the signs saying they are hiring makes it obvious and for those that don't notice these signs the experience makes it obvious that they are understaffed. Personally, I have little pity for McDonald's. If they are that short on staff it is most likely because they underpay and/or don't treat their staff properly. Period. No excuse for such poor service at a chain that is rich. But, I assure McDonald's that I will do my part to help their understaffed personnel, and I will not return to this restaurant. If everyone does the same their staff won't be too busy.
