We stopped in for a pint and went back later for a cheese tray which was delicious. Stopped in the next night to see the live band and they were great fun! My only caution is to count your change! We were shorted $10.00 not once but twice, apologies were made both times and the error was rectified. One waitress in particular has a way of asking if you want anything more and when you say no, she scoops whatever money you have on the table. Took us totally by surprise so beware!

Stopped in for predinner cocktail and watched the counter girl preparing a gorgeous cheese plate and just had to go back to have one for dinner. Upon our return, 4 of us shared a cheese plate of five great local cheeses and also the charcuterie plate. Wow! That's all there is to say. And I am a cheese buff. Not fancy but friendly service in a an authentic location.

4 of us were on a family outing and decided to stop here for a drink. Its a very touristy area and crowded at the best of times so don't expect a quiet time. We sat outside because it was a very hot day. They had run out of the drink i ordered and the IPA i had instead was fairly average. The service was fine but the place is nothing special.

We stopped in for a bottle of wine and cheese plate which were all amazing. Had the added bonus of live entertainment as well. Nice stop to sit back relax and take in the beauty of this place which enjoying a nice glass of wine or a beer.

Casual food with limited menu, but come here more for the drinks and ambiance. Old, old space with thick stone walls. Great location in lower town/Petite Champlain area.
