The male cashier appeared disinterested and casually tossed items onto the counter. The customer service could be improved to match the standards of the past.

I think the two employees working at the restaurant did their best, but waiting 20 minutes for a sandwich is too long. However, the sandwich was delicious and the ingredients were fresh.
We ordered a grilled chicken fillet sub which is usually good but the quality has deteriorated!! It's woody plastic chicken that rolls into your mouth ? Changing the quality of ingredients results in the loss of customers!
