Restaurant closes at 8:00 p.m., at 6:00 p.m. no more orders on site?!
Very slow service.We placed an order on the internet, we showed up at the agreed time and it was not ready. I had to wait 45 minutes on the spot without any apology from the employee. Reading the other comments, this is a problem that comes up often.
Never been so disappointed with a sushi shop, I order sushi for $90 and there's no rice left so I receive my order and it's only sushi prepared during the day, for the equivalent of my order. No freshness and none of the sushi I orderedFood: 1/5
You have just lost a customer. This is the third time I have used your app to order, you have charged me, and you have not been able to fulfill my order. The last time, I had to wait 3 months for my refund after multiple calls and visits. Oh, and I also forgot to mention the times when items were missing from my orders.
