Sushi Shop - Québec

Everything was closed 15 minutes before the official closing time. I wanted a dish from the refrigerator, so they reopened it for me. The server at the counter didn’t look at me for the rest of the transaction; he just named the price and put his things away while I was paying. There was no thank you for the tip I left (which, honestly, wasn’t deserved in this case) and no greeting when I left—no eye contact or smile, even though we were still five minutes before closing. Customer service, zero. I felt like I was bothering them when we were still within hours of service, and all they had to do was process my payment.

I am extremely disappointed with my order tonight; it's unprecedented... 35% waste... I regularly order from you, but this time it's completely unacceptable. I ordered 4 spicy shrimp, which should be simple enough. The sushi was so poorly made that nothing held together; it was all falling apart like a mess, and there were hardly any shrimp in the dish. To be honest, I ended up eating rice... I'm not very good at making sushi myself, but even a child could do better than this! I hope the quality of the food improves, because if not, I won't be coming back!

The pickup of my online order went smoothly. The salmon poke bowl I ordered was tasty, but the pieces of salmon were poorly cut (they were clumped together), and there were large chunks of lettuce.

Le pire bol poke Umami que j'ai jamais mangé! Il ne goûtait rien, pas de sauce et il manquait plusieursdes ingrédients indiqués dans le menu, en plus de remplacer le mesclun par de la laitue iceberg. Également, les inariétaient en décomposition, aucun tonus, comme si le staff n'avait aucune idée comment faire ça. Dans le secteur, allezailleurs. Si vous voulez absolument un Sushi Shop, allez à une autre succursale.

Les sushis étaient beaucoup tropgarnie et les avocats très dur. Je suis déçu. De plus, nous avons payés 2 sauces que nous avons pas reçu. J?éspère que lagérante nous rappelera sous peu.
