Sushi Taxi - Québec

We were very impressed with their sushis! They were delicious! Every sushi had a special and different flavor and we really appreciated it! We were also very happy with the size of the sushis, they fit perfectly on our mouths (we don't like when the sushis don't fit because they are too big).The restaurant is quite small (only four tables) but is very cozy! The service were great and they were all very friendly! We are definitely coming back!

Ordered Sushi Taxi a few times while in Quebec for business. Always enjoyed the meal however the wait was kind of long each time (around 1 1/2 hours from order to pickup). Excellent presentation and taste.

The ginger was terrible, but everything else was really good. You should call before going to this restaurant so the food will be ready when you arrive (specially if you order to go).

We ate in the restaurant with a tiny seating area and had the 14 piece chef choice for $24 plus another 5 piece maki (pika pika) for $10. The taste was not bad, and very original. This is why it has 2 stars and not zero. The quantity of actual fish per piece was very minimal, and the taste was plain and not very exciting. The chefs were clearly not raised in Japan or experienced in traditional sushi.In summary, we ate it all but it was some of the worst sushi we have had recently and it was not a great value either. We wrote this review because the only reason we went we're good reviews we read. Those people must not know what good, raw sushi is.
