If you’re lucky enough to secure a spot at the Chef's Table, go for it, but the regular table service was outstanding as well. Every dish was delicious, with each course surpassing the last, making it tough to choose a favorite. One of the highlights was the beverage pairings. I opted for the upgraded wine pairings, while my partner, who doesn't drink alcohol, enjoyed the non-alcoholic options, which were simply fantastic and even more creative than a glass of wine, perfectly complementing each course. Although it is on the pricier side, it was the ultimate dining experience, especially for a special celebration. I loved every moment and would absolutely recommend it as a reason to visit Quebec City. This place is truly a destination restaurant and deserves several Michelin stars.

One of the best meals we have ever had. Everything was excellent, from the service, to the wine, and especially the food. This is an experience, not just a meal our service was almost 4 hours, so plan to to be there awhile and take your time. The attention to detail and quality of the food and wine could not have been any better. We started off in the lounge with drinks and small bites, then moved to the chef's table where we could see them prepare the courses and bring out the food. The first course we had at the table was the main one pictured on TripAdvisor with the 9 squares I don't think its served every time, but I loved this one. Better to leave it as a surprise so I won't say much else about it other than it was one of the best dishes I have had anywhere. Other highlights included the caviar, venison that was perfectly cooked, the wine pairing, and the dessert courses. A

Wonderful experience and the service is excellent.They know what they are doing. Me and my husband depend $750 and feel worth it for sure. Our mouth never empty and all tasting good.
