I don't understand how this place can be considered Thai. The food is not authentic Thai cuisine, or even Thai-American fast food cuisine. It seems like a mishmash of ingredients with overly sweet sauces and topped with cilantro. The staff, mostly young kids, don't seem to have a good understanding of the ingredients. The way they work is also concerning, with a cook standing on the counter with shoes on and cleaning a fan while preparing a customer's order. I even saw dirt fall into the pan. I wish my phone had not been dead so I could have captured this moment. Definitely not a good experience, I give it two thumbs down.
This restaurant offers a fusion of Thai and Chinese cuisine in a quick-service setting. The dishes were delicious, and the serving sizes were just right. In a city known for pricey dining options, it's refreshing to discover a clean establishment that serves quality food at an affordable price.
The place is very nice and chic. Lots of tables. Ordering was very easy. Crew spoke French and English. Food was generally fulfilling, but still needs work. The rice for one was overcooked. Big portions for each order a plus. Definitely try the terriyaki...noodles and their version of Tom Yum soup. If you don't like their food, a sushi place is in the same venue.
Its not as Thai as a real Thai place can be, but when youre in Canada and want quick Asian cuisine, this is a nice place to go. For my tastes (I'm Indian, and we have a lot of Thai food too) I found the...food a little to sweet and syrupy, but I like the service! If you want really authentic Thai, try someplace else, but if you can do with something Thai-ish please do visit ThaiZone!
