The staff was relatively short and was completely stressed both during dinner and during breakfast. Breakfast and its selection was “basic” but qualitatively ok. Well, price performance is okay. But: The delay didn't work at all! The guests stood around and waited alternately for coffee, plates, sausage etc. The payment went only in cash; There was no invoice; only a handwritten notebook. Conclusion: Factual (room, etc., everything was ok; personal (adjustment by the staff is completely absent from the organization. A certificate of poverty for the young operator.
There's a lot not going round. The young operator does not care and leaves his parents alone with the guests. Complete overpayment at breakfast to check coffee and dishes. In the bungalow there is no decent heating at the temperatures not pleasant. In the main house the rooms 60 years style also stinks in the hallway. Not recommended
Very bad and unprofessional hotel in the style of the 1980s. Only cash, no bill and no guest cards. Breakfast rather bad than right. Rooms: 2 Service: 1 Location: 2
Were a guest with friends for a weekend, location was good, we were fast in Quedlinburg, Wernigerode and surroundings. Rooms were ok and clean for the price, toilet paper was missing, we got in the toilet in the restaurant. Food in the restaurant was good. Breakfast left much to wish. From 8:00 a.m. there should be breakfast, before 8:30 p.m. there was nothing on the first day, we learned from it and came a little later the next day....then chaos started so slowly. Gradually everything went out, coffee.....Brötchen.....Wurst....O-Saft....., the employees and the mother of the operator no longer came after at all, this went to such an extent that we ourselves had intervened and brought empty plates and coffee cans back and partly (coffee) refilled themselves and made available for the other guests present. The kitchen and the buffet are very far apart, so the service has long runways and does not get with when something goes out. It would be better if breakfast was spent in the hospitality industry, this would make a lot easier, including shorter runways. It might also be a bit better if the service had no fear of touch with guests, everyone would push an eye if the service were friendly. Even in the hospitality industry, the service leaves something to be desired, although it will jump immediately, but without plan and kindness. The new and very young tenant should be present a little more often and try to bring order into chaos. At the end, we did not receive an invoice, just a handwritten note, so that we have a receipt as proof, unfortunately this happened only on demand. It was only possible to pay cash, even this was only explained to us when checking out. All in all, one of the employees and mother can do sorry, they are abandoned and there is no real leadership. The mother did more than sorry to us when we checked out, she was completely in the air.
We booked this inn for a visit to Quedlinburg. It was only 7 km from there... With a large-scale taxi for 8 people we were in 10 minutes in the city. We paid 35 euros. At the inn we felt very comfortable. The rooms were very spacious. We also have good sleep. Only the pillows were somewhat uncomfortable. In the inn there is a super restaurant. Italian cuisine was very good. The staff was very attentive. So the evening had a cozy finish. The only thing we didn't like was breakfast. There wasn't really much to offer. There was so much missing and was partially uncovered. However, the effort of the staff was noticed. Since the new owner hasn't been there so long... We hope that this will be better next year. In any case, we will book this inn again for a short weekend. Nearby activities: The resin is on the door... In the place the church of Cyriakus and the largest cuckoo clock in Europe
