Contribuisci feedback04/06/2022. 14 plus minutes in connection, while the employee chats with a customer. without exception! very disappointed by dutch bros. it is sad that they even understand their own business model, and they don't care enough for all their customers. the employees were deliberately slow and without haste. they are long and take forever, but not only because they are popular, but because they are deliberately slow. 14 minutes plus in the line and above all because the employee in the window had a long conversation with a customer in the window. the conversation with a car for 9 minutes while it was 12 cars in the line was unprofessional. that customers drink was ready, but was not delivered for 5 minutes. After it was handed over to the customer, the employee continued the conversation for another 3 minutes before they drove away. the employee was rude and very defensiw and said that in their job description it is to have long talks with the customers. they have no concept of time and how to be friendly and efficient.
Lose my voice over the weekend, I enjoy snapping my coffee on Dutch! it's like I won't do it then. I will begin to have resigned from the wonderful service they release daily! lol?
What a ripoff. I paid $4.95 I get a full cup of large ice cubes with a couple sips of drink.Looking forward to the copy paste response I get from management.
Love this Dutch and all the amazing employees ? super quick, drinks are always made fabulous and they always make my little boy feel special!!
I love this place. the broistas are very polite and professional. and of course the coffee is amazing.
