Panda Express - Queen Creek

I enjoy Panda Express, but I did not have a great experience at this location. The onions were poorly chopped, and the cashier was incredibly slow, almost like a snail. I don’t think I will be returning to this place.

The service was friendly, but unfortunately, the food had lost its flavor, likely due to being under the heat lamps for too long. This resulted in some stomach discomfort afterwards. On a positive note, the restaurant was clean.

I regret to give this restaurant a 1-star rating, but my experience was heavily influenced by the behavior of the store manager, an older woman. She was very rude and insisted that customers leave even though it was only 8:45 PM, well before the official closing time of 9:30 PM as stated on Google. She even made other diners leave in the middle of their meals. It’s essential that the restaurant updates its hours on the website to prevent any confusion for future customers.

I wish I could give half a star. this place is the worst place ever. I'll never buy food here again. I bought food for my family and the orange chicken was so dry with barly any sauce. Rice was not completely cooked. Noodles were cooked. I called customer service about the problem. and they take them to fix the problem forever. they ask for the order number and photos and we have sent several times and they continue to send emails asking for the same thing, and our problem has not been resolved yet. It's so fussy.

I enjoy the location in Queen Creek near the Walmart. It's quick to get with consistent quality. I have also noticed that good food can be had even in a tight budget.
