Contribuisci feedbackWhen I checked my order at pick up, it was wrong. Bill, who was FANTASTIC, insisted on making it right even though I was planning to keep it so as not to waste the food. He quickly had the kitchen remake it and offered a brownie to top it off. After a couple of problems with my last 2 orders, he is the reason I will continue to go back to this location. He excels at customer service and knows how to make you feel important and cared for. i hope they realize how great he is.
Food use to be so much better. Got there at 11:02, wasn't open yet. Had to wait in 105°in sun for them to finally decide to open the doors.

The food quality is by far the most inconsistent of all the pei wei. Sometimes it's hot. Some cold, some underdone and the rest burnt. Not sure why it's so
I went in and ordered to go about forty minutes before they closed. I ordered the rice with extra egg and was charged for and paid for extra egg. However, there were no eggs at all in this dish. I noticed while I was sitting there That they had a green light flashing on their phone as if they either had a call on hold that they were ignoring, Or were just ignoring incoming calls. It became quite apparent that this was the case as when I got home and realized. My order was incorrect and tried to call for almost 20 minutes. And no one answered that they were truly either ignoring calls intentionally. Or someone had left one on hold. And no one had answered it, so no 1 else could get through. Overall customer service was horrible and I was charged for items I did not receive.
