From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by our server, the manager, and at least two other staff members who were all very helpful. As a family with four children, things can sometimes be chaotic, but the staff was always there to assist us and promptly refill our drinks.
I was disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. My order was incorrect, as I had requested fried pickles but received something else. Even after modifications to my burger, it still had everything I asked not to have on it. The team member I spoke with on the phone took my card information, but upon arrival, the manager Becky rudely claimed they did not accept payment over the phone (even though the employee confirmed they did). Becky showed no concern for the mistakes made with my order. The food was cold and soggy, and overall, the dining experience was disappointing. I would have rather spent my $62 tip somewhere else.
Our server was really friendly and humorous. They made sure we were well taken care of. We received refills at our table without needing to ask another server. The hot fries were brought to us as soon as we ordered more (unlimited fries).
I love red robe! The service was good and the food is great, but the water is unimaginable. Unfortunately, this has been the case for the past several times. There can be two different wells, but in the same meal we had an icy tea that was disgusting and a new one ordered and it tasted great.
Food was really good. Customer service was just ok. Enough to get by. Service was fast and no mistakes. Place was clean. Loved my beer.
