Cold Stone Creamery - Queens

Cold stone creamery atlas mall is so clean. an ice shop in this clean condition is rarely found. I worked in an ice cream shop and I know that it really hard to keep such an ice cream shop clean.

There are 3 workers present and none of the 3 do! the three serve only one person in ordering for their family or they will simply order 2 or more ice creams and the others must wait! , after more than 10 minutes of waiting tells me a worker that I have to wait, and he visits someone who greets him as he enters!!!!

This is a great place with many ice flavor and toppings options. the first topping is free, which is great and they can try to get aromen here before they buy it. there are also seats in the open and their ice starts $7.75 for a little. I would recommend going here if they love ice cream.

Terrible customer service! at 23:37 they were still in service, but refused to let me buy something. When I noticed that the cash was still open, I asked if I could buy a cake, and the worker laughed in my face and said no. even if they still have money from other customers and the use of the register. written signs of opening times and closing times is also wrong. it says they close at 12 when they close at 11.

Went here on 7/09/22 around 6:30 pm..They made extra ice cream and charged us for it...when we went back for a refund. He started laughing surprised he got caught) ..will never go back here again...very slow and unprofessional
