Domino's Pizza - Queens

I had a terrible experience with this restaurant. It took two hours for my pizza to be delivered, and I didn't even receive an apology! When I asked the delivery person why it took so long, he just looked at me and said they had been hacked. That didn't explain why the pizza was ice cold! This was by far the worst experience I've ever had. Despite the new management, the place is still a mess. No one ever answers the phone either!

I assumed the call had dropped, so I called back, but as soon as I said "hello," they hung up on me again. This is incredibly unprofessional. At this point, I’m not even frustrated about the sauces anymore; I'm upset that I can't get the refund I deserve because the store keeps hanging up on my calls. Right now, I don't even want a free pizza; I just want my money back.

I've ordered from this restaurant five times in a row, and they’ve always messed up my order. Today, I made the delivery guy open the bag, and of course, it wasn’t what I ordered. I told him I wasn't going to pay for something I didn’t order, and he got upset and started cursing. I had to ask him to leave. This has been the worst customer service experience I've had. It’s frustrating to be charged for something you didn’t receive.

I got a message that I had enough points to get a free pizza. I ordered it with mushrooms and bananenpfeffer .if I got it, the cheese was at the top of the box as it felt or was on stage. I called the driver immediately sent the picture that he was offered very nicely to replace I called the load that they would wipe me, they wanted to send another .the one that I received looked good, but the pizza corner was raw .completely unexcepted.

If I can give the store a negative star i WOULD!!! Don't waste your time and your money it's not even worth the aggravation. The staff here thinks they can do whatever the hell they want the drivers think they can do whatever the hell they want. They say due to Covid I can't come upstairs to a building not even considering or concerned with the fact the person ordering cannot ckme down, maybe they're elderly mayne they have small kids!?!?! They dont give a rats . I would like to point out the horrible driver Nurullah. He first stated that there parking in my no building. NOT TRUE! I have a roundabout where you can park for at least a half an hour and then he stated that he would leave it in the lobby with my doorman. I had put a note in the comment section requesting the driver to come upstairs and leave it at the door so that is considered contactless delivery. Not according to this gentleman he doesn't give a **** that I have two small kids and I cannot come downstairs. Called the manager and spoke with Ronnie although he was understanding his hands are tied because the driver refuses to drop the order to the actual apartment. He never even offered any assistance to rectify this situation I had to say return my money. There are so many other pizzerias nearby where I live unfortunately this was convenient never again shame on you.
