Dunkin' - Queens

I was having a wonderful day until I entered this restaurant. A female employee suddenly shouted at me for no clear reason and began mocking my order. Perhaps my choice didn't sit well with her, but her behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable. This location really needs to improve its customer service. Her actions left me feeling awful for the rest of the day.

I was served an espresso that was too watery for my taste, and I'm not a fan of the donuts or the frozen, reheated sandwiches.

This is my opinion the best dunkin, and I was at a lot the workers, the coffee, the bagels, always great.

This place often sells old stuff, my bagels constantly are so old that I have to put them in the garbage.

Terrible service by employees working here 6/30 5:24pm. One took 8 minutes to heat up a frozen croissant for 1 minute. One spilled a drink all over the counter. The other is cleaning during a rush. Absolutely terrible employees.
