Mcdonald's - Queens

I’m not sure where to begin. Our order was messed up, leading to a frustrating 30-minute wait while the staff seemed to find amusement in the situation. I just wanted a refund for the inaccurate order, but when I approached the employees, they pointed to the closed sign and walked away, even though it was supposed to be a 24-hour establishment. There were also around 6 to 8 food delivery drivers waiting outside who were confused about the situation and wanted to know what was happening with their orders. Unfortunately, the staff continued to ignore them, avoiding eye contact and failing to provide any assistance, even as delivery drivers knocked on the glass trying to get answers.

It's frustrating to see such a lack of effort when it comes to a simple job. Employees should realize that by putting in their best effort, they can earn opportunities for better positions. Unfortunately, the staff here were not only unhelpful but also made rude comments, which only added to my dissatisfaction. I definitely won't be returning to this McDonald's; I'd rather drive 15 minutes to a different location.

The food was undercooked. My order arrived without the potatoes I requested. I'm not sure what's going on with this place, but I hope for better service in the future.

They are listed as 24 hours, but if they go there between 4-5:30 a.m., they will deny them a coffee and a deaf because their “system is down”. they would think that a company that claims to sell billions, would have an operating system or software that knows how to work at any time of the day for their 24 hours drive through advertising as serving customers regardless of which time or day. they can take their money through the app, have all the lights in the restaurant, and workers go back and forth ignore them and make themselves breakfast. I come into the window and a simple detection or a kind of help would be nice, but instead they go on, although they claim not to be opened.

Fast, fresh made, hot food. Friendly service. Placed mobile order picked up at drive thru. Didn't check the atmosphere.Food: 5/5
