Contribuisci feedbackI ordered a combo meal along with a meal for my 3-year-old child. She specifically requested light ketchup on her ham sandwich. As I was eating, I noticed she seemed unhappy with her sandwich. When I asked her about it, she said there was too much ketchup. I tried to remove as much as I could, but she still refused to eat it. Even the ham was unappealing to her. I approached the sandwich preparer kindly and asked if we could exchange it for another sandwich, explaining that it had too much ketchup and that we had requested light ketchup. I mentioned that perhaps one of the ingredients was off since my daughter wouldn’t eat it. Out of nowhere, the cashier—who introduced himself as Ricky or Richy—interjected with an attitude, asking what the problem was and stating that he was in charge. I reiterated my concern, but he responded that he couldn’t change it because it wasn’t his fault my child didn’t like ketchup. Ultimately, we ended up throwing the sandwich away and leaving the restaurant, feeling extremely disappointed by the lack of customer service and competence. It’s clear that they don’t care about their customers, but what truly upset me the most was seeing my 3-year-old go hungry. I don’t think I’ll ever return to this Subway. They can keep the money for the meals we left behind.
This is one of the worst Subway locations in Jackson Heights. I rarely visit Subway anymore because it's quite pricey, but they were running a promotion with all footlongs priced at $6. I went in to place an order, but the owner always has restrictions on everything. I wanted a specific type of sandwich, but he told me it wasn't included, even though I had no issues ordering the same sandwich at another Subway recently. Additionally, he charges for refills, even though the machine is self-serve. The owner's attitude is quite ridiculous.
7AM: Came to get breakfast as per Google Maps and the Subway website that says the store is open.... It's CLOSED. EDIT: Came back at 8:12 AM just in case and still NOTHING. Who's running this store???
I recently placed an order and unfortunately, it was incorrect. The sauce I specifically asked not to include in my sandwich was added, and I ordered five cookies but only received two, and they weren’t even the right ones. I give this experience 1 star and I won’t be returning.
Sandwich was pretty good. The lady at the counter was very nice. The place was super clean.
