Subway - Queens

The food quality is extremely poor, and everything tastes old. I would rate it 1 out of 5.

The restaurant's hours on Google indicate that they open at 8 o'clock, and their own posted hours confirm this as well. The illuminated "Open" sign was on, but when I arrived at 9:15 for a breakfast sandwich, an employee just looked at me and seemed confused. Why wasn't I able to order?

I do not recommend this restaurant. I placed an order through Seamless/Grubhub, but the delivery never arrived. I ended up canceling my order and opting for a pickup instead. When I arrived to pick it up, I was informed that they couldn't fulfill my order because the driver had two orders but only accepted one, and neither order was delivered. I tried to clarify the situation by showing them my order details, but the staff member said the manager wouldn't allow them to complete my order while I was there. She even told me, "We don’t know if she’s scamming or not."

1) a lot of the workers don’t speak English and spit over your food as they repeat themselves multiple times kind of gross if you ask me2) they recently started canceling all online orders if you use the app chances are your order promos are gonna be canceled at this locationAnd even when they did accept it they always missed ingredients and gave you a difficult time picking up , hope they get new management or shutdown don’t care which happens first

Don’t go here. I placed an order on Seamless/Grubhub and the delivery guy never delivered the order, so I canceled it and reordered it for a pickup. I get to the store and was told they couldn’t fill the order because the driver took two orders when he was only suppose to take one order and then never delivered either one.
