Contribuisci feedbackThis negative encounter has made me hesitant to return to any Subway locations in the future, even though I used to visit at least four times a week. Surprisingly, I've found it easy to avoid Subway altogether since this incident. While this was the only Subway where I had an unpleasant experience, it has led me to feel discouraged about visiting any other locations. It's upsetting that the staff seemed to treat customers differently based on their ethnicity.
I've consistently had issues with their online ordering app. They often forget something from my sandwich. Today, I ordered an Italian BMT for pickup, and when I arrived, it was just veggies—no ham or pepperoni. They did remake it for me, but it was still frustrating. I understand that mistakes happen when a place is busy, but the store was empty, and they couldn't even get a single online order right. It's quite amusing, really!
They have a big sign that says Now Open until 10:30 And when I got there at 10 pm the guy told me that their toaster was off and that he was only serving cold sandwiches. Interestingly enough he was taking online orders, which tells me he wasn 't being 100% accurate. I 'm never going here again, if you 're going to close at 10 don 't have a sign that says you 're open until 10:30.
I went yesterday and ordered the same thing as today, but today there was a different person taking my order, and he charged me $5 more for exactly the same meal! Of course, he didn't give me a receipt. I didn't pay much attention because I was in a hurry and trusted them.
Employees are extremely rude and vulgar, they say awful things about the customers in another language thinking no one understands them.
