Xing Long is the wine and spirit drinks shop of your neighborhood from an apparent Mom and Pop operation. From last minute purchase to organize a friend 's pot luck dinner, a bottle of vodka was my choice of contributing to the event. The fortress was manned by two people where they were visible that they were not ready to help me. I had a very special budget for a spiced vodka, but not necessary wheat, barley, rye or grape base.
