Beautifully decorated, not too sweet and very light. When I ask for one candle because it was my grandson’s first month, he suggested to write a message on the cake. We also got to meet the lady on the back who was mexican and talked for a while the four of us. Didn’t ask their names ??The kind of attention , the interest of getting to know the customers is appreciated, it makes you feel special.Thank you!
I have been visiting this cafe since January and every time I try something new, it leaves me amazed. I have tasted a lot of items here and everything has been delicious. Currently, I am enjoying a hazelnut chocolate mousse cake and a chicken puff with a cup of latte, and I must say, it is a fantastic experience. The cake is rich yet light on the stomach, which is a unique taste I have never experienced before! If you ever visit this cafe please do try their puffs and pastries you will get a rich European taste in Canada. The cafe has become one of my favourites, from the ambience and staff to the owner himself, everything is perfect here.
A hidden gem in an unassuming little mall. We had latte, flat white, a caramel chocolate tarte, and a lemon citrus tarte. Really good coffee and the tartes were delicious. Would definitely come back again. Highly recommend.
What I absolutely adored about the cake was that the sweetness was spot-on perfect. And let's talk about the taste – incredible doesn't even begin to cover it. Seriously, it's like a flavor explosion in your mouth. Finding something similar in all of Vancouver? Good luck with that!Sure, the cakes might be on the pricier side, but hey, you're getting what you pay for – quality through and through. Take the Hazelnut Chocolate Mousse Cake, for instance, at $62. But once you taste it, you'll understand why. The ingredients are top-notch, and here's a fun fact: the owner trained in Europe, so you know you're getting the real deal. Most of the chocolate used is straight from Belgium and France – talk about fancy! Now, why isn't this bakery more famous in the city? Well, it might have something to do with its location in Queensborough, which let's face it, feels like the edge of the universe sometimes. But trust me, locals know what's up, and they flock there for good reason. If you're all about quality, this bakery will easily become one of your favorites. Give it a shot – you won't regret it!
This place is the best. A clean, little place you can go for delicious coffee and chai and ice cream in the summer. The cakes are made with fine ingredients and what I like is they don't taste really sweet and full of sugar. Delicious desserts. Every time I am in Queensborough I go here. The owner is very kind, helpful and he always gives me a little extra something.
