This place sucks just ordered through door dash got burnt pretzels I go to call and complain and they won't pick up there phone

The employees seemed very irritated I wanted a pretzel not bites took her 11 mins to even make them cause she kept looking back at me all angry. You could use some cheerful employees everytime I go im greeted by Oscar the grouch No name tag but its Sept 20th at 1:45 pm

Usually have a good experience here, I am writing a review for my friend who didn?t want to do it. Today was ridiculous to say the least, the ONE woman behind the counter was extremely rude to my friends and I, first I told her to keep my receipt and she snatched it away in a rude manor, next my friend ordered pretzel bites that weren?t ready yet so she told her it would be 5 minutes, 15 MINUTES LATER, she is just putting them in to be cooked. In the meantime we watched her make and serve about 3 other people. My friend went up to the counter a couple of times asking when they would be ready and she was ignored. FINALLY they were ready, and they forgot her cheese. Lol, we didn?t catch the girls name but if you hate your job so much then you should probably find a different one instead of being rude to people!! !
