Texas Roadhouse - Queensbury

We had a great experience on holiday here tonight. Our waiter Alex was the absolute best waiter we ever had. He was so kind with our 3 year old son and my son still talks about how nice he was hours later. Food was delicious, but the service was really what the experience made brilliant. It was so refreshing that someone has fun and upbeat as a waiter. He definitely deserves a raise or some kind of praise!

I honestly expected more. This place is extremely busy and the wait is 20-30 minimum. There is a waiting area outside but not very comfortable at all. They have a great variety of cuts. All great. Mine was over cooked. The plates were messy all around as you can see in the pix. Drinks were yummy but super pricey. It was a very busy day for the restaurant and I believe they were rushed. Will give it another try for sure. I will just get water this time ?

Had a great server who was attentive and friendly. Steak has good flavor and was well prepared. They gave this lemon butter sauce which tasted really different from other sauces. Loved their free bread with butter?some of the best I?ve had. Their kids meal are also generously portioned. Come here and dine?you won?t be disappointed.

Always busy when we come but our food still comes out quick and hot. Of course, no pictures of the rolls because we ate them too fast! Had a coupon for the appetizers (not sure I would get them without it), but the main is always great!

Great waiter tonight and great atmosphere. The food was good and filling. Very busy but still fit everyone in. To make sure you get in at the time you want go to the website and get on the waitlist for preferred time
