Majority of the time you walk in walk back out again without being able to order because the quality of produce is so completely off putting. If the produce does happen to pass the vibe check I proceed to place my order for a 6 veggie sub then despite requesting extra lettuce, extra spinach extra tomato I have to repeat myself multiple times because she gets irritated with me as she proceeds to add ONE more slice of tomatoe To me extra is not one additional slice more it should be around double what you originally would put (or approximately 3 more slices) She then charges me for the extra veggies on a 6 veggie delight (according to head office they should not be doing this every time) I made it a meal combo with chocolate milk 2 macadamia nut cookies (she gave me chocolate chip) somehow this adds up to $12 change each time which I never understand because I was under the impression that a 6 VEGGIE sub was like $6 This location has been off putting for awhile now Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
Dont go here . Service is garbage. They blame customers for their app not working. They blamed me when they gave my pick up order to door dash...they acted like the order didn 't go though , showed them my app and how it was picked up and they all snapped. I kept asking for a refund but they refused they only wanted to make a new one. At this point I was red in the face. They always look unhappy when customers come in , they are very hostile if they make a your sub wrong. I 've had many problem with this branch, Has been out of yellow mustard for a month now. Use to be lovely people working here now it 's trash... sorry not sorry . Do better Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Ordered my first breakfast sub today. Thought I'd give it a try. The eggs were still partially frozen when I got the sub. I'm unsure whether or not the bacon was cooked to safe food handling temperatures as the frozen eggs made the bacon cold. I don't think I should have to disassemble my sub to microwave and cook it. Very disappointed I order from here a few times a month and this was the first time I've had an issue. Service: Delivery Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Cannot follow instructions always kills my sub with sauce if not that the bread is hard. It’s always one thing or another with this place. 2 other subways in town I’d definitely skip this one.
