Contribuisci feedbackItems are not labeled, but there are items on the menu GF. We told the waiter our son had celiac “gluten allergy”. The waiter confirmed with the chef all the GF options. They were knowledgeable about cross contamination and fried food. We were impressed by the options and knowledge. They were also accommodating. We ate there several times (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) since we were staying at the resort. My son is celiac and pretty sensitive, no issues.
Our waiter made plantain chips and fries in separate oil which was great. Seemed very knowledgeable. They were understaffed…. So things were very slow
