L'angolo - Quepos

That is a small Italian deli in the inner city of quepos. it has been there for years, and although not strictly vegetarian, they have some veg dinge on the menu (pasta, pizza, salate, etc). the last time we went, I had auberginenparmesan (Goden)! and my man had three-cheese pata, and my mother had penne in porcini mushroom sauce. they were friendly enough to make a veg antipasto plate for my young son who was not interested in eating much of everything that this day. They have a nice small selection of imported Italian so that in cold fall, and many other imported goodies to go. on the way out of town we picked up roasted veggie records to go, and they were delicious and much better than anything we could get back to home on the way. I love this place and never miss it when we are in the opposite. the prices are very favorable for the opposite, where everything is expensive. one: it is very, very small, and only a few tables that are quickly filled to midday! but eating is worth it.

The waiter/Koch was quite rude. The food was nothing special.
