I bit into large chunks of glass in my shredded chicken taco immediately and took it to the counter, mouth bleeding, and showed them the multiple chunks of glass in my food. We returned all meals right away as they were from the same container of shredded chicken and had glass as well. The middle aged manager simply took them out of our hands, shrugged and dumped our meals i the garbage. When we asked for a refund we were told they didn't know how it happened and that we chose to return the meals. We left and watched as we were parked directly in front of their glass windows and they never did remove the good from the production line. Waited about ten minutes and watched them serve two others. I went back in, to tell them to remove the chicken. He then grabbed a spoon and nonchalantly stirred it around not even looking at it and said it looked fine to him... WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN
This restaurant is clean and cozy. I stopped by because I was staying nearby and needed a quick meal. The 3 taco special was delicious. The server was a bit difficult to understand and didn't offer any recommendations, but overall, it's a good place to eat.
Taco Del Mar is one of my top choices for fast food in Prince George. I especially enjoy the soft corn chicken tacos and the authentic rice and beans.
I do like Taco Del Mar, I'm a fan of the hard shell tacos However, what I'm not a fan of, is how stingy they can be.
tried this place before, I decided to give it a shot. I ordered the enchiladas and was immediately disappointed when the plate arrived at my table. The enchiladas were soggy and lacked any flavor. The rice and beans were equally unimpressive. Overall, the meal was a huge letdown and I will definitely not be returning to this restaurant.
