The staff are incredibly slow and seem uninterested in even being there. We ordered coffee, doughnuts and ice capps. The server gave us the coffee and served the rest of the store (10 people or so) before asking us what we were waiting for as she had forgotten the ice capps as soon as we

The staff's behavior was very poor. When we asked for the key to the washroom, she said they didn't have one, even after multiple requests. I was very tired and needed to use the restroom. Additionally, she spoke very rudely to us, she was an Indian girl. I don't want to visit this place anymore, which is why we didn't order anything.

Beyond ignorant staff, will not be stopping at this location anymore.

Do not go to this restaurant at all. The last two times I visited, I waited 20 minutes for a sandwich even though there were only 1-2 people in front of me. They also got my order completely wrong. The restaurant is very dirty and seems to have gone downhill. I will not be coming back due to poor service and cleanliness. I recommend that corporate pays a surprise visit to this location, as it reflects poorly on their brand.

Horrendously dirty Tim Hortons with abysmal service. Ridiculously long wait times, even when it's not busy. Avoid this place and head to the one up the hill instead.
