The staff, although elderly and unable to speak English, were welcoming and eager to serve. I recommend ordering the com dia, a plate with a variety of dishes. Luckily, I was able to decipher the menu with some knowledge of Vietnamese food words. They also offer a Hue-style beef noodle soup that I intended to try but didn't get the chance to. Despite the language barrier, dining here felt cozy and authentic, especially watching the elderly ladies prepare spring rolls with kittens playing around their feet. I give this place a high rating of 4 cows for delivering on their promise of simple, delicious food without any fancy frills. Don't expect fine dining, but appreciate the genuine experience they offer.
I have eaten here many times and I really love this dish.
During our visit at 1:30pm, the restaurant only offered a buffet option. We were served a plate of rice and had the option to choose from a selection of mock meats and vegetables. The food was decent, although slightly cold, possibly due to us arriving just before the lunch rush.
Best noodles soup in Vietnam. Lots of mushroom, vegetables and mock meat.
Nice place to have vegan/ vegetarian food like rice with different kind of spicy and we'll prepared tofu, kind of substitutes for meat and soup. Cheap prices and nice staff :
