Brasserie du Centre - Quimper

The service was good. food was pretty good, but unfortunately everything was ruined by a bad surprise when paying the bill. they offer a formula: flatter entry from day to 17,50 with a drink included. I chose this formula: salad and the dish of the day but didn't want to drink because everything they offered was perrier water, beer or wine. the waitress said it would be best for me to order a small salad entrance and the main dish individually because the formula price included the drink. That way, it would be a little cheaper to pay. I ordered the nicosy salad and the dish of the day but she told me to take a little goat salad and the dish of the day. I accepted and thanked her because it's not all the time someone tries to be nice and save you. When I received the invoice yet, I was charged 7,90 for the (small) salad entrance (!!! midi price ! !!) and the 10,90 normal for the main dish. When I asked the question about it, the owner seemed to think it was fair, to pay more for almost exactly the same dishes as the formula. She gave me 30 cents back. So in the end I paid €18.80 (less than 30cts so 18.50) for two dishes I wanted on the formula for only €17.50. I would have liked to have taken the drink offered rather than a normal water carafe and spared me 1 € plus the embarrassment of having to challenge my bill to the regular customers of the owners.

We stopped in the crossroads gallery to eat from noon. the service is done without a word just asking who took what ... the food is simple and made of low cost product. The audition is salted considering what's in the plate. I went back with the waitress hanging out to set up a table for customers

We were looking for a small brewery where lunch. We were very welcome and the map was really envious. We ordered scalopes and asked if the fries were home (which were noted on slates). I'm told: "We can ask that you have some with your dishes (?????) we've had... frozen fries. The fresh fries were reserved for other dishes....For a brewery that boasts the homemade fact it is a pity that all customers are not staying at the same sign. We weren't regulars just holidaymakers. My daughters didn't eat their plate either because they didn't like it. I don't recommend even if the team is rather nice, the dishes, out of course, have no interest.

Simple but good kitchen. but a much too long service, and some not very smiling waitress.

The brewery is located in the crossroads shopping center and I was surprised to eat such a good cute net accompanied by melting apples, the service was efficient, quick.I will come back.
