Buffalo Wild Wings Quincy

It took us 2.5 hours from the time when we came there until we got our tickets and went. we have only eaten about ten minutes and my drink has never been refilled during the visit. the waitress was polite, but not attentive to the customers and gave false changes to several people in our party of 10. she brought out eating and forgot two men's commands and had to return to get her/the order to hand over. the food tasted great, but the service was less than optimal to say the least.

I have eaten several times in this restaurant, but if that were my first, I wouldn't go back. we tried to come to the restaurant at lunchtime and failed because it was so busy. I've reserved for dinner at 7:00. also in case of reservations it took a while to sit down. once sitting, it took 15 minutes to get the waitress back for our drink order for 15 minutes and get our actual order. 20 minutes before we got our appetizers. in the meantime my small child spilled her drink and nobody bothered us to help. After our appetizers it was 20 minutes before we got our escapes. when we received our escapes, we found out that the waitress had not taken over the order of one of my sons. So we had to wait 10 minutes until he gets his meal. it was a busy night in the restaurant, but the other waitresses looked through their tables and cared for their customers. ours would disappear for a long time, then they come out, take care of a few customers, and then they stand to bite their lip. in general I like buffalo wild wings, but this time was a terrible experience.

The table was not ready when we arrived. they were either underoccupied or not well trained. for ever, getting beer, then it was warm and eating was cold and seemed like they were made on the afternoon

Dreadful experience and could have left if it had not been the birthday of our daughter and she wanted to wing. they had not our reservation, then after 40 minutes they gave our table a group that was only there 10-15 minutes (I saw them all coming) then we landed there for 1 hour and 50 minutes before we finally served our dinner. no communication between waiting staff with parties waiting for a table, and extremely rude waitress who, after they told us that they did not use open table for reservations and then tell us that the other party took our table, also told me that they did not have to listen to my attitude. wow. when I spoke with the manager rick, I was informed that they used open table. apparently no one told the waiting staff. this was my first time with open table and I will delete the app.

Over priced for the quality, very noisy. The wait staff is not very attentive.
