This is my favorite pretzel! The customer service was quick and welcoming!

The restaurant is fantastic, but unfortunately they have discontinued the option for sour cream and garlic parmesan. Thanks a lot, corporate.

The customer service was terrible. I took my kids to enjoy a pretzel for my birthday and the person serving us was not friendly. He didn't put ice in our drinks, didn't allow us to choose our drinks, charged us extra for sauce, and kept needing to check the order board. I don't think we will be returning to this restaurant.

It is an okay place to grab a snack or drink. Kinda pricey for what you get. Paid over $12 for 3 drinks. Two of which were smalls.

The 2 ladies running it Jodi and Julie doing very good job. If you order something you will go back for more. Very clean and they always have smiling . Keep up with the great job ladies
