Bay Pointe Waterfront - Quincy

The server was pleasant and made great recommendations. The food came out quick and delicious. I also had the teriyaki wings and they were delicious. Highly recommend this place.

Great seafood and drinks. I enjoy the patio dining, the view is nice and the live entertainment is usually pretty good too! Staff is OK not super friendly. Indoor dining isn 't pleasant, the tables are too close and it feels like a kitchen setting. Definitely prefer outside dining. Review update 7/8/24 Tuesday service wasn 't so good. Food took awhile. They don 't offer you bread, you have to ASK. I order the baked scrod that comes with 2 sides. I ordered squash and broccoli. They didn 't have broccoli tonight!! Huh??? So I asked what are my other choices, of course every type of potato you can think of but then she says asparagus. Yes, asparagus works! We get the bill and they charged an additional $6 for it!!! Wait, you guys didn 't have broccoli so I got the asparagus in its place! I didn 't even feel like arguing. She claims that she mentioned the upcharge . She did NOT. Overall not a pleasant experience today. Long wait, overcharged, poor service, too many kids.

We were lucky and got a table outside with a beautiful waterfront view. Food is decent but expensive. There are better seafood restaurants in Quincy but not a beach front view. Calamari crunchy but flavourless without the dipping sauce. It also came with fried red peppers making the portion look bigger than it actually is. Mussel with red sauce I was still able to taste the ocean and a few of the mussels still had sand in them. Scallop with lobster risotto My favourite dish of the night. Risotto was creamy and rice had a little bite to it. They did not skimp on the lobsters and scallops for this dish. New England fried platter same issue as the calamari, the batter was plain. Came with fried fish, scallop, shrimp, and clams. The clams were bit chewy, but scallop was sweet. Plenty of parking. They do not accept reservation for parties less than 6 people.
