Jersey Mike's Subs - Quincy

The sandwiches are large and delicious. While the selection isn't extensive and the prices are a bit high, that's pretty typical these days.

I tried to use a 25% off coupon at this restaurant, but the cashier couldn't scan it and told me I had to pay the full price. I asked to speak with the manager, hoping he could manually apply the discount, but he also couldn't scan it or override the price. He simply said, "Sorry, this isn’t working." He did offer me a 10% discount, but only after I insisted on it. The staff seemed disinterested in the customers and spent more time chatting about irrelevant topics than engaging with patrons. It's clear that management isn't trained to ensure customer satisfaction. I've been purchasing an overpriced sub here every week for months, but this experience has made me decide to stop going. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere.

I'm a big fan of Jersey Mike's and truly believe they offer some of the best subs around. However, I have to give this location a one-star review based entirely on the service I received. There were only three customers ahead of me in line, and some even left before placing their orders. It took over 45 minutes to place our order because the staff focused exclusively on online orders. When we finally got to order, we had to repeat ourselves multiple times due to disorganization and a lack of attention from the staff. To make matters worse, the employees were actively informing customers in the store that online orders take priority. I am very disappointed with the service here.

Always good. Especially the agave cream soda that you no longer can get anywhere else.

I don't think the people working there know what toasted means. Either way, a fine sub place. Mediocre subs but still above subway in a quality to price ratio.
