Starbucks Coffee - Quincy

Got an iced soy latte, it tasted like an iced soy latte. More expensive than I would have liked, but isn't everything.

The workers here are all really nice. Less loitering inside the cafe after the pandemic which feels nicer/less scary

This is the worst Starbucks. Somehow they always mess up my drink even though I only get a latte. I hate that I need to drive 10-15 extra minutes to get to a decent Starbucks when this one is close to my house.

I have been coming to this specific location for at least 15 years every day. Seems they have a new staff there and it is the worst I have ever seen The place is very dirty, there is always a lot of people waiting And the staff is not very friendly at all It is actually starting to smell in there as well I will be searching for a new location

Not sure what the issue with this Starbucks is. Every other Starbucks is cleanly, fast paced, keeps people coming back for more. Not this one. Drinks are always made incorrectly compared to other stores. Barista added plenty of water??? to my venti drink in place of the extra espresso I ordered. Employees talk under their breath and are very passive agressive. Super uncomfortable. 5 employees standing around doing nothing. Hands down the worst Starbucks in the area by far. You are better off spending your at a small buisness coffee spot in the area like Coffee Break or even Gunther Tooties. Don't waste your here.
