Steak 'n Shake - Quincy

I visited this restaurant for the first time in a few years, and the food is still fantastic. However, I found a significant drawback: they have replaced the old-fashioned dining experience with kiosks, where customers now place their orders themselves instead of being served by waitstaff. Once their order number is called, they have to pick up their food. While this change is indicative of the times, I believe it detracts from the classic soda fountain diner experience that they were once known for and that I loved.

The small, cozy handmade décor inside the restaurant is a nice touch, and orders are placed at an electronic kiosk. The food and drinks arrived quickly and were served hot.

The wait time in the drive-thru was longer than I expected, but the food was delicious. As for kid-friendliness, my children absolutely love their garlic burger and fries for just $4. When we dine in, they have a great time with the car, sticker, and hat provided.

I didn't drive so long to eat. Eat was ready as soon as I entered the window to pay for it. not only was it hot and ready so fast, but it was also right. not to find a mistake. delicious food and even better shakes.

They're lobby was open which is hard to find in that town. I was surprised how good my burger was ? nice employees
