Nothing to say, Sylvain and his team were able to maintain the level while respecting their values. Fresh, seasonal and most often garden products. We still get caught by an incredible cooking of a calf head. Very good selection of nature wines. The team is also very attentive and ready to adapt the dishes according to the needs of each.

The formulas are original. The client doesn't know what he's going to eat. He discovers him as he goes. The servers are well placed to explain what products and spices are used. Moreover the chef made are small garden and work the original spices. The restaurant can adapt to the needs of each of its customers. We had among us a person who does not support lactose (even no butter), the restaurant adapted its menu for him. Pareil, before serving the first entry we were asked if everyone ate the snails, for what they didn't like we proposed another thing (so delicious). Same for the main dish (Lamb). At the level of gustative quality everything is perfect. Only flat-child menu. Our 12-year-old son almost ate nothing... At the level of pronounced or exotic tastes you have to go slowly in the child menus, because they are not always receptive to sudden changes. You can say that go to the restaurant like this allows children to develop taste buds. Yes. But when you pay €200 for 3 people and the child almost didn't eat and hungry, it's hard to accept.
