241 Pizza - Quinte West

My family and I decided to call in an order for pizza, but the person who answered the phone was very rude. They yelled into the phone and when we asked if they needed our phone number, they yelled back our address saying, "What else do you need?"

The service at this restaurant was poor. We decided to stop by last minute after a busy day of shopping, as we didn't have time to cook dinner. It took almost an hour from the time we arrived until we received our food, even after deciding what pizza we wanted to order. We could have probably gone home and cooked something quick in that time. The clerk was unhelpful when we asked about prices and specials, forcing us to figure it out ourselves by reading the billboard. While we waited for our food, we observed the clerk handling orders, cash, adjusting his glasses, pants, and scratching his head - all without washing his hands or wearing gloves, which we found unsanitary. Despite all this, we still decided to eat the pizza at home. Unfortunately, the pizza was awful - the crust was like chewing on rubber and it was very greasy. We ended up throwing away over half of it. We regretted not just stopping at the grocery store to pick up a frozen pizza, as it likely would have been faster, cheaper, and tastier.

I ordered 2 medium pizzas to be delivered, for a place that's never busy it took an hour to get over priced under seasoned piece of cardboard delivered less than a 10 minute walk away over priced in what way am I getting 2 for the price of 1 worst tasting pizza in Trenton but not the least expensive?

I only ever order pizza from this place here in town... it is always made to perfection and cooked the way it should be... i have eaten at every restaurant in Trenton that has pizza in the menu just for my own knowledge and hands down the best pizza is here and amazing service too.. they really know their pizza here! XD I have since September of 2011 present only ordered my pizza from here.

The service at this restaurant is quite good and the prices are fair. The only issue is that sometimes the toppings on the dishes may not be exactly as ordered. While this is not a major concern for me, some customers may not be happy with this inconsistency.
